December has arrived here in the mountains with a blast of cold air!! Reminding us that Christmas and the Holidays are just around the corner!
It has been very busy in the Studio and here is the latest, NEW Art that has been completed! Yay! “Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow” (2018)
This was a fun and enjoyable piece to create…I imagined the Joy and exhilaration of flying down the hill through the fluffy, white snow with my scarf blowing in the wind! 🙂 Wheeeeee!!
Rayon along with sparkling iridescent and metallic threads were used to free-motion stitch the sledding trails and other thread-painted details….
