Last Friday was the Studio’s first “Printing Day”, so off to a good start!
It’s neat to be able to create these archival pigment prints, individually printed on wonderful papers, such as Canon’s Pro Luster. It is fun to explore using different kinds of art papers and printing to achieve various effects.
As prints were being created on Friday, we also had another First !!~~The 1st Snow of the Winter! Always beautiful to see through the window as it falls…
As the Winter’s chill sets in~~steaming, whipped cream-topped hot chocolate….cozy, comfy knit sweaters…..warm, crackling fireplaces….
Summer is ending quickly around here, with school starting, cooler nights, and changing tree leaves~It’s autumn! Maybe that is why I have been in the mood to makes changes to my website! Hope you like the new look…
Along with updating theArt Galleryin the coming weeks, I am also preparing for another solo exhibit. The Lifeweavingsexhibitis scheduled to be shown from September 12th–26th, Wallace Hall, Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA . I am honored to be invited to exhibit and share my work there!
~ Hope you enjoy visiting both the Art Gallery and the Lifeweaving Exhibit~ joni
