~Studio Shifts~

Hi Everyone! I have been busy making adjustments, changes, and living daily life in new ways these last few months…as I’m sure most of you have been too!

The Spring of 2020 proved to be like none other for sure…A time in History that is requiring much flexibility, trying out new ideas, and creative problem-solving!

I have been brainstorming new ideas for the Studio, on-line Gallery & Shop….Stay tuned to see what develops! 🙂

#1. .The Shop has now reopened & Art Card sets have been added, featuring some of the most popular art quilt designs!

Tomorrow Tuesday, (July 21st) is the next “Studio Printing Day“!…

Do you need a special card… To send to a friend or family member?…Or a card that is also an archival quality 5″x 7″ piece of art that can be Framed Or Displayed on an easel?

#2. More exquisite Silks were found in my favorite fine fabric shop this summer! And I can’t wait to work with it in the Studio very soon! Stay Tuned! 🙂

#3. Summer is always a time of Inspirations & Idea Gathering for me!~~On walks or trips to new places, I take photos of images that catch my attention…a colorful flower…a pattern of light on a sidewalk… or the unique architecture of an old building. Here is a photo from my “Artist Sketchbook“!

Nature’s Messages

When I began writing this blog post, the challenges of the coronavirus had not begun here…so now it has even more meaning!

If you’ve followed my blog, you know its focus has been on “Using Creativity in Everyday Life“. At no other time in my life has flexibility, creative solutions, and novel ways of doing things been so quickly necessary for all people, collectively, worldwide.

I hope this post will offer some encouragement to everyone’s day…

This time of year, when I’m tired of gray winter days (or “stay at home” guidelines!)…during this time of great change…it seems that Nature begins giving hints of brighter days ahead!

Back in the Studio~In 2020!

HAPPY NEW YEAR’s!

It’s amazing to believe, not only a New Year, but a new Decade has begun! And, with it comes new goals, dreams, and activities to strive for in the Studio…

A big Thank-you to everyone who ordered Art, Prints & Cards during the Holiday season! 🙂 Artists everywhere appreciate being supported in that way!

Currently in the Studio, besides doing Inventory and other administrative activities, January began with me completing the printing of some Art Card orders….
